Professors
Job
Professors would be required to teach in our MBA programs, do executive
training, write case studies, mentor projects and conduct research.
Profile
We are looking for highly distinguished professors in the areas of Finance,
Banking, Marketing, HRM, IT, Communications, Supply Chain, Project Management,
Quantitative Techniques, Operations Research, Research Methods and all
other areas, preferably holding a PhD or a Masters Degree with at least
7-10 years experience. The professor could either be based in our Dubai
or Singapore campus. We would select only those with mastery in their
area and with excellent teaching ratings.
We also welcome applications from the industry from all sectors, from
all over the world and of all nationalities.
Compensation
The compensation is flexible and could be anywhere between USD 75,000
to 150,000 annually for international postings. The above is tax free in Dubai
and around 15% tax in Singapore. The exact compensation will be taking
into consideration the profile of the person and the above is purely indicative.

Academic Managers
Job
To assist professors in course development, grading and other research work. Also, to mentor students in their project work and go for meetings along with companies for scoping and profiling of projects.
Profile
Necessarily with a Master's Degree and preferably midway through a PhD
program. Ideally the candidate should have worked in a similar position
with a top business school and have strong domain knowledge in at least
one area. Excellent communication skills is a must.
We need people in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Communications, Quantitative Techniques, HRM and OB.
Compensation
Around USD 20,000 annually for international postings. The above is tax free in Dubai and around 15% tax in Singapore. The above is purely indicative and the exact compensation will be person dependant.

Program Co-ordinators
Job
To act as a facilitator between the students and the faculty and
ensure effective delivery of courses
Profile
Should be a good administrator with an academic bent of mind. Preferably
a Masters degree holder. Excellent communication skills is a must.
Compensation
Around Rs. 1.50 - Rs. 3 lakhs annually for India and around Rs. 7 - 9 lakhs annually (USD
15,000) for international postings. The above is purely indicative and

Job
To assist in addressing all student queries related to our programs and co-ordination all admission related formalities.
Profile
